The International Conference on Human Rights in Cyber Space is a scholarly forum dedicated to exploring the intersection of fundamental human rights and the digital environment. The conference brings together researchers, legal scholars, academics, and practitioners to examine how established human rights norms and frameworks apply — and must evolve — in the context of cyberspace. Key thematic areas include the state's responsibility to respect and protect human rights online, freedom of expression and access to information in digital spaces, data protection and the right to privacy, combating cybercrime without undermining civil liberties, and the role of private actors in upholding human rights standards on digital platforms. Publication Notice: This conference accepts and publishes theses only. Submitted works must present original research, theoretical analysis, or legal argumentation relevant to human rights challenges in the cyber domain. Full papers and abstracts will not be considered for publication.
